Ludo Royale
Four tokens, one crown
Roll, move, capture an opponent's token to send it back to the yard, and get all four home before anyone else. Full rules — safe cells, extra rolls on a six or a capture, the three-sixes penalty — with a dice roll nobody can argue with because the game engine owns it, not the player.

What's in it
Full rule set
Sixes grant another roll, captures send tokens back to the yard, safe cells protect them, and three sixes in a row forfeits the turn.
Bots that play tactically
Each bot weighs captures, close calls to home, and threatened tokens — not a coin flip on which piece to move.
Exact-count finish
A token needs the precise roll to land on home. Overshoot and that token has to wait for a better number.
Real opponents are next
The board runs on the same engine that will carry multiplayer — live tables and shareable room codes plug in without a rewrite.
